Interment will be in Meadowlawn Garden of Peace. Ms. Watkins will lie in repose from 9a.m. to funeral time at Saint Bartley. Public viewing will be at Saint Bartley P.B. Church on Thursday, December 26, 2019 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
